New to the market with Clonakilty-based auctioneers Hodnett Forde is a 57-acre holding in the townland of Kilmoylerane, Ballinascarthy, West Cork.
This part of Cork has become a strong hotspot over the last decade with land prices faring very strongly and this sizeable holding should prove very desirable for a number of farmers in the area; all the more so as it’s being presented in lots.
