The Chancery has been one of the capital’s most delightful new hotel openings. Situated on Ship Street Great, the elevated offering includes luxury guest rooms (some with impressive balcony spaces), a wellness hub and Fawn restaurant. Renowned for its magnolias, Mount Congreve Gardens in Waterford has over 200 in the garden and all are in bloom. To coincide with Magnolia bloom, they’ve collaborated with Irish designer Helen McAlinden, to launch an exclusive Magnolia print collection inspired by the displays there.
