'Public dental services have indeed been rolled back. There is now a two-year waiting list for children in need of general anaesthetic. The public service is seeing more and more children turn up at their door in agony, and in need of emergency care.'

A speaker, at a conference I attended last week, suggested we are becoming the Americans of Europe.

Following the release of Budget 2025, I’m inclined to agree.
